Specialist, Customer Service (Manufacturing)

Salary: $68,500–$75,000 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers and resolve complex orders, non-routine requests, account discrepancies, shipping holds, and billing issues.
• Review quotations and purchase orders, provide accurate pricing and terms, and authorize SAP order entry in accordance with company policies.
• Analyze consignment inventory usage and demand forecasts to recommend replenishment and minimum/maximum inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Quality, Finance, and Compliance to address customer requirements and returns.
• Assess export, compliance, regulatory, quality, and operational risks and determine appropriate corrective actions or escalations.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and support workflow, process, and service improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or related business support.
• Strong independent judgment, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or ISO-regulated environments is preferred.
