Machinist Hiring Event (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, NY, United States

Salary: $22.00–$45.00 per hour, plus a 10% shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift employees

What you will do

• Set up and operate machines using established processes, from simple to complex configurations.
• Adjust tooling offsets to produce high-quality precision components.
• Inspect completed work, set up or adjust gauging equipment, and identify unusual conditions or defective parts.
• Interpret complex drawings, GD&T blueprints, sketches, and operation sheets.
• Work with minimal supervision after training while helping plan work and solve problems within the machining cell.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a skilled precision machinist in lathe, mill, grind, or EDM operations.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, or the ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer-based instructions and training in English.
• Ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to work onsite in Buffalo, NY, on 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
