Project Manager (Maintenance)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of maintenance contracts, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and hardware repair services.
• Ensure service delivery complies with contractual SLAs, technical requirements, and performance targets.
• Lead project teams, allocate resources, and support professional development.
• Manage suppliers and subcontractors, monitoring quality, cost-effectiveness, and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, identify service risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide customer reports and maintain accurate KPI and operational records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in maintenance or service project management within the telecommunications industry.
• Experience leading teams and managing external suppliers and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership, coordination, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies and SLA/OLA management.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety requirements and regulations in Hong Kong.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hong Kong government or MTR contracts.
• Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
