Project Manager, Cardiac Solutions (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Lead planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout for cardiac safety studies and programs.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable plans for cross-functional operational teams.
• Manage study documentation, equipment distribution and tracking, status reports, project metrics, and archival activities.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, deliverables, budgets, revenue forecasts, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, track issues, and coordinate timely resolution with sponsors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Present services and workflows to investigators and clients, support business development discussions, and mentor new Project Management team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant project management experience.
• 1–4 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, medical device, or a related industry.
• Understanding of drug development and the clinical trial environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and project finances.
• Strong risk management, problem-solving, organization, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• English communication skills, a valid passport, and willingness to travel internationally up to approximately 20% are required. Microsoft Office proficiency and applicable hirify.global Project Management Certification are also required.
