Location: Beijing Office, CN. Onsite. Frequent business trips, mainly in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai.

What you will do

• Execute on-site testing, certification, and risk assessment following international standards (ISO 13849, IEC 61508, EN ISO 12100, EN 60204-1, ISO 10218-1/2, ISO 13482, ISO 18646-1/2) to ensure full compliance with accreditation rules.
• Perform on-site technical evaluations and gap analyses for logistics, cleaning, industrial, and humanoid robots; resolve complex technical issues for clients.
• Review testing schemes, certification applications, and test reports; issue decisive professional judgments to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
• Design and deliver tailored technical solutions and on-site support for complex, high-risk projects.
• Support lab qualification maintenance by updating technical documents and cooperating during official accreditation assessments.
• Coach and train team members daily on safety standards, PLC control, and software testing; provide technical pre-sales support during client communication and tender processes.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in robot testing, functional safety, risk assessment, or third-party testing & certification, with deep understanding of robot safety and functional safety international standards.
• Strong practical experience in on-site technical evaluation, project delivery, and client technical communication; familiarity with the full laboratory testing, certification, and assessment workflow.
• Proven experience in technical coaching, technical review, and cross-department coordination.
• Experience supporting qualification maintenance and responding to accreditation assessments; familiar with CNAS and other mainstream accreditation criteria.
• Proficiency in functional safety and robot safety standards: ISO 13849, IEC 61508, EN ISO 12100, EN 60204-1, ISO 10218-1/2, ISO 13482, ISO 18646-1/2.
• Good English reading and writing skills to compile English technical documents, test reports, training materials, and communicate with clients and accreditation bodies.
