Head of Field Operations (Robotics)

What you will do

• Own the ground-level expansion strategy and 0-1 execution for robotics data collection.
• Develop and close a diversified network of data collection venues and access points across retail, logistics, and industrial sectors.
• Recruit, train, and manage local data collection execution teams while establishing SOPs.
• Monitor offline operational data to optimize workflows, staffing, and cost per usable hour.
• Manage the deployment, maintenance, and calibration of multi-modal data collection hardware.
• Provide operational feedback to central teams and document market learnings into playbooks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico or Brazil.
• 3–5+ years of experience managing field operations, growth, or ground execution for tech platforms, IoT, or hardware-enabled startups.
• Proven track record of sourcing, onboarding, and managing SME partnerships and vendor networks.
• Solid grasp of Embodied AI and machine learning data fundamentals, such as teleoperation and egocentric vision.
• Strong cross-functional capability, matching analytical funnel management with high-stakes field negotiation.
• Resilient builder mindset with high tolerance for ambiguity and frequent travel.

• Working proficiency or fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
