Staff Brand & Web Designer (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $152,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Set the multi-year brand direction, including visual principles, brand architecture, governance, and success measures.
• Own a tokenized design system connecting marketing and product experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Lead major web initiatives for hirify.global.com, including re-architecture, CMS evaluation, design system adoption, accessibility, performance, motion, and SEO.
• Operationalize GenAI for brand content through prompt libraries, quality assurance processes, review workflows, and scalable production pipelines.
• Direct agencies, vendors, and freelancers while coaching senior and mid-level designers.
• Partner with Design, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Product, and executive leadership on launches, campaigns, events, and brand transitions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in brand and web design, with strategic leadership, systems thinking, and high-craft execution demonstrated in a portfolio.
• Experience defining organizational brand direction, principles, governance, and migration plans.
• Deep expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and daily use of GenAI design tools.
• Working knowledge of CMS platforms such as Framer and HubSpot, modern web standards, accessibility, performance, and SEO.
• Experience leading web re-architecture, design system adoption, or platform migration with measurable results.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and align design, marketing, engineering, and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Frontend development experience with React, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Motion design experience with Rive or comparable platforms.
• Background in B2B, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or technical products.
• Experience with tokenized or multi-theme design systems, rebrands, M&A, rapid growth, or GenAI content pipelines.
