Senior Brand Designer (AI)

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $145,000–$187,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead campaigns from early concept through final execution across digital, print, and out-of-home formats.
• Direct and execute event creative, including booth graphics, signage, environmental design, and collateral.
• Build presentation systems for sales, marketing, and keynote materials.
• Extend the brand identity into new surfaces and formats while maintaining coherence.
• Design physical goods and swag.
• Partner with marketing and sales to turn loose briefs into strong, quickly shipped work.

Requirements

• Senior-level brand design experience across campaigns, digital, print, out-of-home, environmental design, and presentations.
• Experience taking campaign or advertising work from concept through production and into the real world.
• Ability to evolve and extend a visual identity as a systems thinker.
• Ability to move quickly without compromising craft, detail, or quality.
• Active experimentation with AI tools throughout the creative process, from exploration through execution.
• Strong motion sensibilities and experience with developer-facing or design-forward companies.
