Lead Solution Architect - Expert(e) Architecte Solution H/F

Location: Puteaux, Hauts-de-Seine, France; hybrid, with an average requirement of 2 days per week from an HPE office.

What you will do

• Architect custom and reusable information-system solutions for medium to large business-unit projects and operational engagements.
• Lead architectural design, development, deployment, governance, and technical quality across multiple technology or specialty areas.
• Develop long-term IT strategies, architecture specifications, project plans, work breakdown structures, and Statements of Work.
• Identify technical and operational risks, assess business impact, and translate customer requirements into technology and operational recommendations.
• Lead business-development activities, including proposals, bids, sales presentations, opportunity qualification, solution positioning, and closing medium to large opportunities.
• Build strategic relationships with business-unit leaders and CIO- and CTO-level customers while coaching and mentoring specialist architects.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of industry experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to understand customer business problems and design information-system solutions that address their needs and opportunities.
• Ability to lead at least two consultants and provide architectural direction for medium to large projects across multiple technology or specialty areas.
• Experience applying information-system and operational solution modeling methods, tools, architectural frameworks, and methodologies such as Zachman, TOGAF, and ITSM.
• Ability to validate architectures against technical requirements, resolve complex business issues, and design for accessibility, scalability, and availability.
• Deep IT industry knowledge, expert or master-level knowledge of relevant technologies or IT disciplines, and knowledge of IT and business standards and best practices.
• Ability to apply business management, financial modeling, capital investment, contract, program-management, and project-management concepts.
• Ability to lead opportunity identification, qualification, proposals, bids, internal reviews, solution approval processes, and consultative solution selling.
• Excellent customer influence, negotiation, writing, speaking, presentation, listening, and communication skills, including communicating complex technical issues in business terms.
