Solution Architect - French Speaking (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France; Berlin, Germany; or London, United Kingdom.

Salary: Up to €95,000 gross/year plus 10% bonus in Paris; up to €100,000 gross/year plus 10% bonus in Berlin; up to £88,000 gross/year plus 10% bonus in London.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery of customer requirements, existing systems, integration needs, and migration complexity.
• Design, develop, test, and implement integrations between hirify.global and enterprise ERP, CRM, finance, and data platforms.
• Plan and execute customer migrations, including technical assessments, migration plans, cutover strategies, testing, and validation.
• Define scalable solution architectures, integration approaches, data flows, and technical specifications.
• Support Solution Engineering and Sales with pre-sales architecture, integration feasibility, migration scoping, and technical risk assessments.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams, Product, and Engineering to troubleshoot issues, resolve implementation challenges, and support successful onboarding.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Integration Architect, or in a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience building and implementing enterprise SaaS integrations, not solely designing or overseeing them.
• Experience planning and executing complex customer migrations, including technical discovery, cutover planning, testing, and issue resolution.
• Experience integrating enterprise business systems such as ERP, CRM, finance, or data and analytics platforms.
• Strong customer communication, technical problem-solving, and solution design skills.
• Fluent French and professional English are required.
• Comfort learning, experimenting with, and responsibly adopting AI-powered tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Experience migrating customers between enterprise SaaS platforms, including data migration, system configuration, and service continuity.
• Experience supporting both pre-sales solution design and post-sales implementation.
• Experience in EV charging, energy, mobility, IoT, or similarly complex technology ecosystems.
• Based in Paris or experienced in supporting customers across France and Western Europe.
