What you will do
- Lead change initiatives for the Travel Unit Solution Centre Practice and support continuous improvement across services, operating models, and customer engagements.
- Define and evolve service offerings, customer value propositions, governance frameworks, value measurement practices, backlog management, and customer lifecycle alignment.
- Support RFPs, proposal development, solution design, architectural visioning, prototypes, and proof-of-concept activities across multiple travel domains.
- Facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders to analyse business challenges, gather requirements, align priorities, and define target outcomes.
- Identify cross-domain collaboration, service expansion, reusable assets, and scalable capabilities that create customer value.
Requirements
- Experience in engineering delivery, functional analysis, functional architecture, engineering project management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, including translating customer needs into business requirements and solution proposals.
- Understanding of customer engagement models, software delivery lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and SAFe.
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle management, portfolio management, business value measurement, proposals, RFPs, or solution assessments.
- Knowledge of the travel industry, including airline solutions and related capabilities.
- Fluent English required.
