Sr. Solutions Architect (Data & AI)

Location: Paris region, France, within commuting distance for a hybrid schedule. Travel of up to 30% is required for customer meetings, events, and training.

What you will do

• Build relationships with clients throughout France and deliver technical and business value in partnership with Account Executives.
• Act as a trusted advisor on architecture, design, and implementation of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• Lead complex proofs of concept and help customers adopt big data analytics solutions on public cloud platforms.
• Create reference architectures, technical guides, and demo applications to scale best practices.
• Lead workshops, seminars, and meet-ups to support the Databricks community in France.
• Develop deeper technical and industry specialization.

Requirements

• Business proficiency in both French and English is required.
• Must be based in the Paris region and able to commute for a hybrid schedule.
• Experience engaging customers in technical sales and communicating technical and business value propositions.
• Experience with a core programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala, with willingness to learn Spark.
• Hands-on expertise in big data analytics, complex proofs of concept, and public cloud platforms.
• Experience discovering use cases, scoping solutions, and delivering complex architecture designs to audiences with different levels of technical depth.
