Early Career Intern - ETF Product (Fintech)

Location: Downers Grove, Illinois, United States; must work in the Downers Grove office. The workplace model requires at least four full days each week in an hirify.global office.

Salary: $37 per hour

What you will do

• Research markets and create or update ETF product and market outlook materials.
• Analyze the ETF competitive landscape and identify product trends.
• Support Product Strategists with analytical insights for internal sales inquiries.
• Prepare internal reports, identify trends, and summarize findings for senior leaders.
• Coordinate data analysis with index providers to support new product ideas and innovation.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and U.S. ETF product launches and updates.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program as a junior graduating by summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions, and PowerPoint.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to solve problems using a structured approach.
• Interest in financial markets, asset management, and ETFs, with strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Must be able to work in the Downers Grove office and spend at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with R, Python, or VBA.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of AI applications such as chatbots and predictive analytics.
