What you will do
- Update and maintain ocean import job data, documentation, and required fields in Meridian.
- Create jobs, prepare customer invoices, and submit vendor debit note details for processing.
- Organize and upload job documents while following standard operating procedures and customer-specific requirements.
- Handle nomination business, prepare pre-alerts, and coordinate related operational activities.
- Monitor shipments until the vessel reaches its destination.
- Complete assigned activities accurately and on time in line with KPIs and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Experience or working knowledge of ocean import operations and shipment documentation.
- Ability to follow SOPs and customer-specific process requirements.
- Accuracy in data entry, document management, invoicing, and operational coordination.
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain high data and documentation quality.
