Marketing Operations Specialist (AI)

hirify.global Limited operates Marriage Reset, an online coaching offer helping married men repair their marriages through a paid advertising and sales funnel.

What you will do

• Own weekly marketing dashboards and Monday reports covering spend, cost per call, opt-in rate, return on ad spend, writer win rates, and launched ads.
• Build and maintain the marketing production system in ClickUp, including pipelines, dashboards, templates, procedures, naming conventions, and asset libraries.
• Run compliance and quality checks for ads and emails, including banned words, claims, naming, landing pages, and tracking.
• Build landing page variants, funnel pages, email sequences, automations, and split tests in GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, and ActiveCampaign.
• Coordinate the video-editor pool, briefs, deadlines, revisions, onboarding, applicant screening, and bonus tracking.
• Keep deliverables, meetings, tool access, subscriptions, and deadlines on track while automating repeatable reporting, QA, and reconciliation work.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, funnel building, or a related direct-response or agency environment.
• Experience building and maintaining ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or Notion systems used by other people.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels and ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.
• Experience coordinating freelancers or a small creative team to deadlines and maintaining recurring operational responsibilities.
• Daily expertise with Claude or similar AI tools, including at least one real work automation.
• Native-level written English and availability during European or Dubai time zone working hours are required.
