LM410: Vehicle/Ground Support Equipment Maintenance Specialist Associate

Location: Onsite in Aguascalientes or Guadalajara, Mexico

What you will do

• Select and evaluate commercial maintenance services for vehicles, road service, and repair shops.
• Inspect and accept new vehicles and equipment and arrange vehicle disposition.
• Monitor the mechanical, paint, and body condition of the fleet for compliance.
• Train maintenance vendors on the preventive maintenance system and verify timely, properly completed repairs.
• Coordinate body-shop repairs, prepare repair estimates, and monitor warranty requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in line with corporate and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English required.
• At least three years of experience in preventive maintenance operations for automotive-related equipment.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnosing gasoline and diesel automotive equipment.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, planning, organization, analytical, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
• Work is performed onsite in Aguascalientes or Guadalajara, Mexico.
