Future Talent - Maintenance Engineer (Mechatronics/Manufacturing): Supporting plant maintenance, equipment implementation projects, and preventive and corrective maintenance in a manufacturing facility with an accent on multidisciplinary collaboration, problem prioritization, and occupational health and safety. Focus on applying maintenance concepts, documenting improvement results, and developing practical engineering skills through an 18-month technical program.
Location: Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico; onsite

What you will do
- Support plant maintenance and participate in equipment implementation projects.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and facilities management on investment plans and plant projects.
- Contribute to improvement initiatives and help prioritize maintenance problems.
- Report and document maintenance results.
- Apply maintenance concepts and tactics, including preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams while following Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- University graduation completed between December 2024 and December 2026.
- Intermediate or advanced English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Problem-solving ability, an innovative mindset, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation engineering concepts.
- Experience or knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance.
