Associate, Trade Control (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Support Global Markets Trading and Sales teams on daily trade control matters.
• Verify trade details against blotters, broker confirmations, trading platforms, tickets, and trader files.
• Reconcile trades across internal and external systems and run daily control reports.
• Act as the primary contact for traders, marketers, internal departments, and downstream teams on trade-related issues.
• Support new systems, platforms, process improvements, and automation initiatives with technology teams.
• Maintain organized control records for audit purposes and provide timely responses in a fast-paced trading environment.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in financial services or a relevant field.
• Experience with derivatives, fixed income, and cash equity products, including relevant operational and settlement practices.
• Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to reconcile large datasets from different sources.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, teamwork, and relationship-management skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of structured notes.
• Experience with MarkitWire, Bloomberg, Wall Street, ADP, CTM, or DTC.
