What you will do
- Obtain orders from entities and forward them to local vendors.
- Confirm pricing, product availability, and shipment schedules with vendors.
- Enter orders into the master file or system.
- Coordinate ocean freight program implementation with vendors and ITS personnel, including on-site loading inspection when necessary.
- Track shipments, communicate booking and shipping information, and follow up on payments.
- Arrange sample orders and manage product, supplier, certificate, and shipping documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
- General understanding of international business.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Nice to have
- Background in chemistry.
