Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Fully remote for EU-based candidates; listed locations include Belgium, Poland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, and France. A Belgian office is available optionally.

Salary: €85,000–€120,000 per year plus equity.

What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end product features across Java backend services, APIs, databases, and TypeScript/Angular interfaces.
• Design backend services for a multi-tenant SaaS platform and work on MySQL and ClickHouse schema design, data modeling, migrations, and query optimization.
• Develop clean, fast frontend features and optimize performance across the full stack.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools such as Cypress or Playwright.
• Build LLM-powered workflows that help users find, understand, and fix data quality issues.
• Collaborate directly with product, design, and customers to shape features and improve agentic development workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience at a product company.
• Strong Java experience with REST APIs, database interactions, and asynchronous processing.
• TypeScript and modern frontend development experience; Angular is preferred.
• Experience with complex UIs, component architecture, state management, responsive design, SQL, schema design, query optimization, and production migrations.
• Experience with testing, containers, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, Linux, and distributed asynchronous teams.
• Production experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code or Cursor, plus fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS at scale or a high-growth startup.
• Python experience and background in data quality, data management, data observability, or ML monitoring.
• Experience building LLM-powered features, tool-using agents, or AI-driven automation for real users.
• Strong product design sense.
