Application/System Engineer II (Dispensing)

Location: Seongnam-si, South Korea. The role is based in office and laboratory environments, provides on-site customer support, and requires approximately 50% travel, including possible overseas visits to customer production sites.

What you will do

• Attend customer and sales meetings, understand application requirements, and provide preliminary equipment recommendations.
• Conduct dispensing application trials, verify proposed systems, and prepare test reports covering results, settings, equipment lists, and notes.
• Support customer installation, training, and troubleshooting in person and virtually, including technical support for worldwide sales groups.
• Provide technical expertise at customer meetings, trade shows, and product training sessions for sales groups.
• Coordinate corrective actions for customer quality and manufacturing issues with engineering, customer service, sales, R&D, and quality teams.
• Review technical materials, develop product training tools, and contribute customer insight to new product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent related work experience.
• Experience in technical sales-facing and application support roles.
• Experience supporting the EFD product line and TTA platform programming.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, organization, adaptability, and professional conduct.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in office and laboratory environments and occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds.

Nice to have

• Electrical or software engineering background.
• Experience with PLCs and communication protocols.
• Experience supporting production sites of major companies or working with Battery, CCM, Display, 5G, or Bio applications.
