Senior Specialist, Patient Access (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Manage patient registration and access processes onsite in healthcare facilities.
• Maintain accurate patient data and support point-of-service collections and first-pass claim rates.
• Conduct audits, troubleshoot system issues, and address escalated patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Lead training efforts, mentor associates, and serve as a subject matter resource.
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and compliance standards.
• Answer phones, support other facilities and departments, and complete administrative tasks as needed.

• Ability to support accurate data entry, auditing, communication, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work directly with patients and handle sensitive or escalated concerns professionally.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States.
