Medical Science Liaison / Senior Medical Science Liaison (Immunology & Inflammation)

Location: Field-based in China and other assigned APAC countries; regular travel within the assigned territory is required, with additional travel, overnight stays, evenings, and weekends as needed.

What you will do

• Develop and execute territory plans for HCP, KME, clinical investigator, and academic center engagement.
• Conduct balanced, compliant peer-to-peer scientific exchange on clinical and preclinical data, treatment landscapes, and unmet medical needs.
• Support clinical trial awareness, investigator identification, site initiation, enrollment strategy, and study closeout in collaboration with Clinical Operations.
• Support investigator-initiated studies and respond to unsolicited medical information requests in partnership with Medical Information.
• Generate field insights, competitive intelligence, and evidence-gap assessments for Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and cross-functional teams.
• Represent Beeline at medical congresses, scientific conferences, and advisory boards; Senior MSLs also contribute to training materials and strategic team development.

Requirements

• Advanced degree required: PharmD, PhD, or MD in a relevant life sciences, pharmacy, or biomedical field.
• MSL or field-based medical affairs experience required: at least 3 years for the MSL role and at least 5 years for the Senior MSL role.
• Experience or expertise in immunology, inflammation, or a related therapeutic area is required or strongly preferred depending on level.
• Professional fluency in English, written and verbal, is required.
• Experience interpreting and communicating clinical and scientific data, managing HCP/KOL relationships, and using Veeva or similar CRM platforms.
• A valid driver’s license, ability to operate a motor vehicle, and willingness to travel 50% or more are required.

Nice to have

• Post-doctoral training, clinical fellowship, or residency in a relevant discipline.
• Clinical-stage biotechnology experience.
• Experience with investigator-initiated studies, clinical trial support, digital engagement, or omnichannel scientific exchange.
