What you will do
- Build and maintain scientific and clinical expertise in assigned therapeutic areas, products, and disease states.
- Conduct compliant, non-promotional scientific exchanges with healthcare professionals, investigators, and key opinion leaders.
- Communicate complex scientific and clinical information through individual engagements, presentations, and medical education activities.
- Gather field insights on treatment trends, unmet needs, stakeholder feedback, scientific developments, and competitive intelligence.
- Identify investigators and clinical trial sites, support investigator meetings and study activities, and coordinate Investigator Sponsored Studies.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Market Access, Commercial, and other stakeholders while maintaining accurate CRM documentation.
Requirements
- Advanced degree such as MD, PharmD, PhD, or a master's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Previous MSL experience in a multinational pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
- Strong scientific and clinical knowledge, communication and presentation skills, and experience in cross-functional matrix environments.
- Understanding of clinical research methodology, statistical concepts, drug development, and commercialization processes.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital engagement tools, with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
