Medical Science Liaison / Senior Medical Science Liaison (Immunology & Inflammation)

Location: Field-based in Mexico and other LATAM countries as assigned; regular travel within the designated territory is required. Travel may exceed 50%, including occasional overnight stays, and the territory may change according to business needs.

What you will do

• Develop and execute territory plans covering healthcare professionals, key medical experts, clinical investigators, and academic centers in immunology and inflammation.
• Conduct compliant peer-to-peer scientific exchange, presenting clinical and preclinical data and discussing unmet medical needs.
• Support clinical trial awareness, investigator identification, site engagement, enrollment strategy, and study closeout in collaboration with Clinical Operations.
• Support and manage investigator-initiated study relationships and coordinate with Medical Affairs leadership.
• Generate field insights, competitive intelligence, and evidence-gap assessments for Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and other cross-functional teams.
• Represent Beeline at scientific conferences, medical congresses, advisory boards, and KOL forums; senior-level candidates also contribute to training materials and field strategy.

Requirements

• Advanced degree required: PharmD, PhD, or MD in a relevant life sciences, pharmacy, or biomedical field.
• At least 3 years of MSL or related field-based medical affairs experience for the MSL level, or at least 5 years for the Senior MSL level.
• Experience or strong knowledge in immunology, inflammation, or a related therapeutic area; clinical-stage biotechnology experience is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret and communicate clinical and scientific data, manage territory relationships, and use Veeva or similar CRM platforms.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
• A valid driver’s license, compliant driving record, ability to operate a motor vehicle, and availability for evenings, weekends, and extensive travel are required.

Nice to have

• Post-doctoral training, clinical fellowship, or residency in a relevant discipline.
• Prior involvement in investigator-initiated studies, clinical trial support, digital engagement, or virtual scientific exchange.
• Experience with AI-driven and omnichannel engagement strategies.
