Medical Science Liaison (Neurology)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; field-based territory covering half of Poland. Preferred candidate locations include Mazowieckie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Łódzkie, Podlaskie, Pomorskie, Warmian-Masurian, West Pomeranian, and Lubelskie voivodeships. Frequent travel within the assigned territory and occasional national or international travel is required.

What you will do

• Build trusted professional relationships with external experts and healthcare professionals in neurology.
• Conduct balanced, peer-to-peer scientific dialogue on hirify.global products, disease areas, clinical data, and pipeline compounds.
• Deliver scientific presentations and respond to unsolicited medical and scientific information requests.
• Support clinical studies through investigator identification, study initiation training, and scientific information exchange.
• Collect and communicate field intelligence on competitors, new developments, educational activities, and stakeholder needs.
• Develop territory engagement plans and collaborate with Medical Affairs, commercial, brand, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in health sciences or a clinical discipline required; PharmD, MD/DO, or PhD preferred. Candidates with an undergraduate degree and significant relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 2 years of clinical, scientific, research, or industry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to interpret clinical data and communicate its implications for clinical practice and patients.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment, Medical Affairs, healthcare systems, and medical research.
• Excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills in the local language; English preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and travel frequently within the assigned geography.

Nice to have

• Previous Medical Science Liaison or similar experience with demonstrated success.
• Experience developing expert knowledge in an assigned therapeutic area.
