MSL / Sr. MSL I Immunology, Psoriatic Diseases (Northern Ohio)

Location: Northern Ohio territory; ability to reside in the assigned territory required. Field-based role with travel up to 75%.

Salary: $124,500–$236,500 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Provide scientific communication, education, and medical support to healthcare professionals across the assigned therapeutic area.
• Build and maintain relationships with thought leaders, academic centers, researchers, and healthcare organizations.
• Support clinical research, site evaluation, investigator meetings, recruitment, and physician-initiated projects.
• Answer unsolicited medical questions and provide clinical and medical information.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, R&D, Clinical Operations, commercial teams, and other internal partners.
• Deliver ongoing scientific and technical training while maintaining compliant documentation and territory expenses.

Requirements

• Advanced degree required, such as PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, or relevant physician associate or nurse practitioner qualification; doctorate in a health science or clinical discipline strongly preferred.
• Senior MSL I candidates need at least 2 years of relevant experience; direct MSL experience is strongly preferred.
• MSL candidates need 0–2 years of relevant experience, with 1–2 years strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical, scientific communication, presentation, teaching, planning, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other software tools.
• Must meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization or vaccination.

Nice to have

• Direct Medical Science Liaison experience.
• Doctorate in a health science or clinical discipline.
