Salary: $64,200–$133,600 annual base pay

What you will do

• Plan and execute assay and method development activities and draft laboratory methods.
• Support validation and analytical testing activities.
• Troubleshoot assays, perform root cause analysis, and resolve technical issues.
• Transfer methods into validation and collaborate across functions to ensure scalable laboratory operations.
• Lead low- to moderately complex technical projects and guide assigned team members.
• Mentor and train junior staff while supporting scientific reports, presentations, documentation, equipment maintenance, and new instrumentation evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 4 years of related experience in method or assay development or a specific methodology area.
• At least 2 years of experience working with flow cytometry.
• Working knowledge of immunology, assay and method development, scientific principles, and laboratory instrumentation.
• Experience with method validation, assay troubleshooting, and method transfer into laboratory operations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, project management, and collaboration skills in a regulated laboratory environment.
