What you will do

• Translate architectural blueprints and roadmaps into detailed solution designs.
• Design scalable, secure, and practical technology solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Support integration with existing systems while minimizing disruption and technical debt.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, business analysts, and technical leads throughout delivery.
• Guide delivery teams through technical challenges, dependencies, design reviews, and risk mitigation.
• Document solution designs and coordinate with Group Technology and vendors on compliance and interoperability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in solution architecture within insurance or financial services.
• Strong understanding of application design, integration patterns, and cloud technologies.
• Ability to balance technical innovation with practical delivery constraints.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
