Manager of Pre-litigation Operations (Personal Injury)

Location: Full-time, on-site at the Miami Lakes, Florida office, Monday through Friday; remote, hybrid, and flexible arrangements are not available. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the United States before starting.

Salary: USD 85,000–95,000 per year.

What you will do

• Oversee daily administrative and case-support operations across intake, pre-litigation, litigation support, and closing.
• Lead, coach, and develop support staff, team leads, and supervisors while managing workloads and performance expectations.
• Monitor KPIs covering case progression, aging tasks, response times, workload, quality, sign-up rates, retention, and productivity.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and coordinate process improvements with attorneys and department leaders.
• Develop standard operating procedures, quality checks, training programs, and reporting practices.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR on staffing, hiring, onboarding, and employee performance.

Requirements

• At least three years of operations management experience in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.
• Experience supervising staff, coaching performance, managing departmental workloads, and reporting to firm leadership.
• Strong understanding of personal injury workflows from intake through case resolution, including high-volume intake environments.
• Demonstrated success using KPIs and process improvements to improve productivity, quality, client satisfaction, sign-up rates, or retention.
• Proficiency with legal case management and reporting tools; Litify experience is strongly preferred, with Salesforce experience also relevant.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
