People Lead (AI)

Location: Palo Alto, California; on-site Monday-Friday

Base pay: $200,000–$380,000 USD per year, plus equity

hirify.global is building personal AI that is owned and shaped by each individual, including training infrastructure, open-weight model post-training, personal hardware, and next-generation interfaces.

What you will do

• Own HR operations end to end, including Rippling administration, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and employee records.
• Run payroll operations and integrate payroll with benefits while reviewing charges and invoices.
• Manage health, wellness, business insurance, and benefits programs, including provider sourcing and quote comparisons.
• Coordinate compliance activities with Legal and IT and manage EORs, contractors, and consultants.
• Build employee training and policies for an AI-native workplace, including acceptable-use and data-handling standards.
• Manage workspace and commercial real estate operations, equipment, physical security, vendors, office events, and process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of HR experience, including HR or People operations at a startup or scale-up.
• Required experience with HR platforms such as Rippling.
• Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive employee matters and information.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, troubleshooting, and prioritization skills.
• Fluency with modern software and AI tooling, with the ability to evaluate and adopt new systems.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Palo Alto, California.

Nice to have

• Experience with equity management platforms such as Carta.
• IT training or background.
