SAP HCM Consultant (German)

Location: EU countries including Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the Netherlands

Salary: €6,000–€9,160 gross per month, depending on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Configure payroll schemes and HR structures.
• Maintain PA/OM organizational and employee data.
• Manage time management processes using SAP PT.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and legal reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot payroll and HR issues and support system enhancements and updates.
• Conduct HR workshops and gather business requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM with a strong HR background.
• Experience with PA, OM, PT, and PY, including country-specific payroll such as PY-DE.
• Strong expertise in payroll schemas and PCR rules.
• Knowledge of legal reporting and compliance requirements.
• Experience integrating SAP with FI and SuccessFactors.
• English at Intermediate+ level and German at Upper-Intermediate+ level required.
