Senior Consultant in HR and Change (AI)

Location: Brussels, Belgium, with temporary assignments throughout Belgium and abroad, including France. Work permit sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Deliver HR and change management projects across financial services, energy and utilities, industry, transport, and logistics.
• Design communication, training, and support plans for customer programs and projects.
• Support HR organization, performance management, CSR initiatives, and HR KPI development.
• Contribute to recruitment, career development, training, and HR development programs.
• Manage projects involving HR tools and information systems, including implementation.
• Contribute to internal offer development and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, HR Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• 2–6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English; Dutch is required.
• Strong interest in HR, change management, data, and AI-related topics.
• Collaborative communication style, analytical thinking, autonomy, dynamism, rigor, and results orientation.
• Preparedness to participate in temporary assignments throughout Belgium and abroad.
