Nurse Practitioner (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in the United States; listed service locations include Duncan, Durant, McAlester, Oklahoma City, Stillwater, and Tulsa, Oklahoma. An active Family Nurse Practitioner license in Louisiana is required.

What you will do

• Conduct virtual adult and pediatric wellness visits and health assessments.
• Perform health risk assessments, medication reviews, cognitive screenings, and patient education.
• Collaborate with in-home clinical staff to evaluate vital signs, arrange blood draws, and address patient needs.
• Coordinate preventive care, medication management, specialist referrals, and community resources.
• Document clinical findings and coordinate care through laptops, mobile devices, and HIPAA-secure messaging tools.

Requirements

• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in Louisiana.
• Prior experience performing wellness visits.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality and high-quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort with clinical technology.
• Successful completion of a national background check and clinical license search.
