Phlebotomist

Location: Seattle, Washington; mobile work throughout the assigned service area with prolonged driving between patient homes.

What you will do

• Travel to patients' homes and provide blood draws, vital measurements, urine collection, Annual Wellness Visit support, and other preventative and diagnostic services.
• Use phlebotomy expertise to perform comfortable and reliable blood draws, including challenging sticks.
• Create a welcoming, professional experience in varied patient home environments.
• Document visits using company technology and navigate electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens for laboratory drop-off or shipment.
• Independently manage schedules, supplies, equipment, and travel throughout the day.

Requirements

• Strong phlebotomy skills and patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, LPN, or LVN; home healthcare experience is preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., including the ability to drive before 7:00 a.m. for early appointments.
• Proficiency with Apple iPhones and iPads, plus the ability to learn digital tools independently.
• Ability to meet applicable state-specific certification or licensing requirements and lift or carry up to 25 lbs.
