Travel Sprinter (Phlebotomy)

Location: Remote from the United States, based in Kentucky, with travel to assigned markets and approximately 75% of the year spent traveling or away from home.

What you will do

• Travel to patients’ homes throughout assigned markets and provide blood draws, vital measurements, urine collection, Annual Wellness Visit support, and other preventative and diagnostic services.
• Perform phlebotomy, including blood draws for patients with challenging veins, while prioritizing comfort and safety.
• Create a warm, professional patient experience across a variety of home environments.
• Document patient visits using Sprinter technology, electronic health records, telehealth platforms, and other digital tools.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens for laboratory drop-off or shipment.
• Manage schedules, supplies, driving routes, and patient visits independently in unfamiliar cities and neighborhoods.

Requirements

• Strong phlebotomy skills and patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, LPN, or LVN; in-home experience is preferred.
• Current BLS certification and the ability to meet applicable state-specific certification or licensing requirements.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and availability Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., including driving before 7:00 a.m. when needed.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 75% of the year and remain away from home for extended periods.
• Ability to navigate unfamiliar communities independently, adapt to changing assignments, and remain professional in challenging situations.
• Ability to use Apple iPhones and iPads, lift and carry at least 25 lbs., drive for extended periods, and perform standing, walking, bending, reaching, and carrying medical equipment.
