Location: Detroit, Michigan; travel to patients' homes throughout the assigned service area is required.
Salary: $24–$28 per hour

What you will do
- Travel to patients' homes and provide blood draws, vital measurements, urine collection, Annual Wellness Visit support, and other preventative and diagnostic services.
- Perform comfortable and accurate blood draws, including challenging venipunctures.
- Create a professional, welcoming patient experience in varied home environments.
- Document patient visits using Sprinter technology, electronic health records, telehealth platforms, and other digital tools.
- Label, handle, and transport specimens for laboratory drop-off or shipment.
- Independently manage schedules, supplies, driving, and prolonged travel between appointments.
Requirements
- Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
- Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, LPN, or LVN; home healthcare experience is preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.
- Availability Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., including the ability to drive before 7:00 a.m.
- Ability to meet applicable state-specific certification or licensing requirements and lift or carry up to 25 pounds.
