Localisation Producer - Agency Contract (AAA Games)

Location: Royal Leamington Spa, UK; hybrid working with a minimum of three days per week in the studio

What you will do

• Act as the key contact for localisation enquiries across the Forza Horizon development teams and external partners.
• Manage localisation schedules, budgets, quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery risks.
• Own and improve text and localisation pipelines, tools, text-formatting processes, and UI localisation workflows.
• Coordinate text and voice-over additions, provide context for translations, and maintain game-term glossaries and style guidelines.
• Oversee localisation quality, coordinate feedback from development, QA, and localisation partners, and drive corrective actions.
• Manage localisation bugs, manual English-string fixes, and issues resulting from localisation hand-backs.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing localisation processes, schedules, and quality across multiple languages.
• Experience working on large-scale AAA games with active live programmes; 3+ years is desired.
• Experience with multi-platform titles and platform-specific terminology is preferred.
• Proactive, organised, detail-focused approach with exceptional communication skills.
• Passion for video games; interest in driving games and the Forza Horizon franchise is beneficial.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
