Pharmacy Dispenser - Haverfordwest Extra

Location: Haverfordwest, United Kingdom; in-store pharmacy work

Salary: £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 per hour in stores within the M25; minimum 16 hours per week, with some roles available from 12 hours.

What you will do

• Support the daily operation of a modern Tesco Pharmacy as part of a collaborative store team.
• Accurately dispense prescription medicines and complete prescription administration on time.
• Provide friendly advice on medicines, common ailments, and pharmacy services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products responsibly.
• Handle customer queries within competence and refer customers to the pharmacist when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures while supporting promotions and company initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience or qualifications gained in a pharmacy environment.
• Willingness to train and develop in the pharmacy field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, compliant work.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and provide confident, reassuring service.
• Positive, team-focused communication and the ability to make appropriate customer-care decisions.
