Salary: £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 per hour in stores within the M25; some locations may offer additional payments.

What you will do

• Support the daily operation of a modern hirify.global Pharmacy as part of a collaborative team.
• Accurately dispense prescription medicines and complete prescription administration on time.
• Provide advice on medicines, common ailments, over-the-counter products, and pharmacy services within competence.
• Handle customer queries, escalate matters to the pharmacist when required, and build customer confidence.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Support promotional activities and company initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience or qualifications gained in a pharmacy environment, or a desire to train and develop in the pharmacy field.
• Strong attention to detail when dispensing medicines and completing prescription administration.
• Customer-focused communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to provide responsible over-the-counter product guidance and recognise when pharmacist advice is required.
• Positive, team-focused approach with open communication and effective collaboration across the store.
• Applicants must have passed the school-leaver’s age.
