What you will do

• Analyse supply chain data and develop data-driven solutions for business priorities.
• Design and develop ordering algorithms that balance customer availability, food waste, and costs.
• Model supply chain activity and predict customer demand using data science and machine learning techniques.
• Produce performance reporting, identify root causes, and support operational decisions.
• Lead projects, engage stakeholders, and influence partners to deliver measurable change.
• Measure the benefits and costs of analytical initiatives and communicate insights clearly.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to simplify complex problems.
• Business understanding and an interest in improving retail and end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Ability to implement practical and innovative solutions using data and technical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across teams.
