What you will do

• Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative sales and supply chain data, including production and inventory data by plant.
• Prepare sales volume and price variance explanations for Finance, Accounting, and Investor Relations.
• Build analytical models, define analysis parameters, identify findings, and develop recommendations with Manufacturing, Sales, Supply Chain, and other business partners.
• Develop product-level sales volume forecasts for annual planning and in-year projections in coordination with Finance, Manufacturing, and Sales Product teams.
• Create presentations on historical sales volume and pricing for sales management, senior management, and the Board of Directors.
• Serve as the central contact for sales analytics requests and promote improvements to systems, databases, and analytical models.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in an analytical position or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics or business preferred; an MBA is highly desirable.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, with intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to combine data from multiple systems and sources, perform expert data collection, and apply critical thinking to business decisions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels.
• Self-motivated, conceptual thinker able to work with minimal direction.

• Familiarity with database management, statistics, and Tableau mapping applications.
