Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Dun Laoghaire, County Dublin, Ireland; office-based role

What you will do

• Provide coordination and administration support for recruitment activities for new ROI stores.
• Handle candidate queries, escalations, complaints, and internal endorsement issues.
• Post vacancies, maintain live careers-site listings, and carry out initial application shortlisting.
• Conduct candidate pre-screening calls and provide workplace adjustment support.
• Support job fairs, recruitment marketing materials, job templates, and advertising point-of-sale delivery.
• Collect recruitment data, prepare ad hoc reports, and evaluate recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

• Knowledge of recruitment materials and systems.
• Knowledge of store-based roles.
• Ability to work to deadlines and key performance indicators.
• Availability to work in the Dun Laoghaire, County Dublin office.
