Sr Contract Mfg Planner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate capacity and capability planning for new toy introductions across global manufacturing partners.
• Assess manufacturing feasibility and align production capacity, material availability and demand forecasts with Product Development, Engineering, Sourcing and Supply Chain Planning.
• Monitor manufacturing readiness, capacity utilization and production ramp-up performance, identifying risks and coordinating mitigation plans.
• Act as a liaison between external manufacturing partners and internal stakeholders during program reviews and status updates.
• Resolve issues involving manufacturing capability, tooling readiness, production capacity, materials, quality and schedule adherence.
• Prepare capacity analyses, readiness assessments, planning reports and performance metrics while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Merchandising, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing, consumer products, product industrialization, supply chain planning or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes and global supply chains.
• Experience with new product introduction programs from concept through production launch is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
