Pharmacy Dispenser - Cradley Heath Extra

Location: Cradley Heath, United Kingdom; in-store role

Salary: £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 per hour in stores within the M25. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed, with roles from 12 hours available; this position lists 25 working hours.

What you will do

• Support the daily operation of a modern Tesco Pharmacy as part of a collaborative store team.
• Accurately dispense prescription medicines and complete prescription administration on time.
• Provide friendly advice on medicines, common ailments, over-the-counter products, and pharmacy services.
• Handle customer queries within competence and refer customers to the pharmacist when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Support promotional activities and wider company initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience or qualifications gained in a pharmacy environment.
• Desire to train and develop in the pharmacy field.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to build rapport, communicate openly, and work effectively with colleagues.
• Ability to make responsible decisions when providing product guidance or escalating prescription queries.
• Availability within the specified Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday shift windows.
