Pharmacy Dispenser (Retail Pharmacy)

Location: Chesterfield Extra, United Kingdom; onsite pharmacy role

Salary: £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 per hour in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.

What you will do

• Support the daily operation of a modern pharmacy as part of a collaborative store team.
• Accurately dispense prescription medicines and complete prescription administration on time.
• Provide friendly advice on medicines, common ailments, pharmacy services, and suitable products.
• Handle customer queries within competence and refer complex matters to the pharmacist.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Support promotional activities and wider company initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience or qualifications gained in a pharmacy environment.
• Willingness to train and develop in the pharmacy field.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to build rapport, communicate openly, and work effectively with colleagues.
• Availability within the specified shifts: Sunday 10:00–16:00, Monday 09:00–13:00, Tuesday 11:30–20:00, Friday 14:30–21:00, or Saturday 10:00–19:00.
