Manager, People AI Products & Portfolio (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office at Osterley or Livingston, UK. Appropriate right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Coordinate the People AI portfolio, demand intake, backlogs, roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements gathering, translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and functional specifications.
• Coordinate delivery with the AI Agent Factory, Technology teams and third-party partners, including testing, user acceptance, implementation and operational handover.
• Manage Enterprise Agent Central Hub enhancements, releases, governance, reusable capabilities and continuous improvement.
• Support product launches and adoption through communications, user guidance, feedback monitoring and operational improvements.
• Produce dashboards and governance materials covering performance, adoption, portfolio health, value realisation, risks and dependencies.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating digital products, technology initiatives or transformation programmes in a complex organisation.
• Experience working in Agile, product-led or project delivery environments.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements and documenting functional solutions.
• Strong organisational, planning, stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and maintaining backlogs, roadmaps, delivery plans, reporting and dashboards.
• Appropriate right to work in the UK is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI, Generative AI or Microsoft Copilot initiatives.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Cornerstone, Azure DevOps, Jira or Monday.com.
• Knowledge of product management, product operations, change management, user adoption, employee experience or HR operating models.
