Data Integration and Migration Supervisor (Azure)

Location: Chicago, United States. The role requires willingness to travel to client locations.

Salary: $95,400–$192,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise data integration and migration engagements across ERP, CRM, HCM, and other business applications.
• Oversee extraction, transformation, loading, validation, reconciliation, testing, and cutover planning.
• Supervise and mentor data integration and migration professionals while providing technical and delivery guidance.
• Collaborate with business, data, technical, and project management stakeholders to define scope, dependencies, timelines, and delivery approaches.
• Design and implement cloud, hybrid, and iPaaS integration solutions with architects and engineers.
• Manage resources, risks, issues, stakeholder communication, pre-sales support, reusable frameworks, tooling, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Experience in data integration and migration for enterprise business applications.
• Experience leading migration or integration workstreams during complex implementations, upgrades, or system consolidations.
• Leadership experience managing teams or workstreams in a consulting or delivery environment.
• Strong communication skills for engaging technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability and willingness to travel to client locations.

Nice to have

• Hands-on knowledge of ETL/ELT, data modeling, and integration architectures.
• Experience with Azure, enterprise integration tools, and iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, Informatica, or MuleSoft.
• Experience with ERP implementations, M&A integrations, carve-outs, or system rationalization.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, OData, event-driven integration, cloud and hybrid data architectures.
• Consulting experience, executive-level communication, relevant technical, or cloud certifications.
