Senior Digital Service Deliver Analyst

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; onsite five days a week. Required travel is up to 50%.

Salary: $112,710–$169,060 per year.

What you will do

• Manage technology vendor governance, intake operations, supplier engagement tracking, and executive-level lifecycle visibility.
• Coordinate supplier, contract, statement of work, and project intake issues with business, Purchasing, Legal, Finance, and supplier contacts.
• Improve VMO workflows, VIDA intake processes, review checklists, approval paths, templates, reporting, and escalation routines.
• Analyze vendor networks, project volume, renewal timelines, spend exposure, concentration risk, aging requests, and supplier alignment.
• Review SOWs, renewals, amendments, NDAs/NDSAs, and MSAs for completeness, compliance, risk, scope, funding, deliverables, and governance.
• Track project status, ownership, blockers, risks, escalations, next steps, and leadership reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Must work onsite five days per week in Irving, Texas.
• Experience supporting vendor management, supplier governance, contract administration, or IT service delivery.
• Ability to manage project flow, estimate cost and time, monitor risks, create contingency plans, and conduct project reviews.
• Skills in stakeholder communication, negotiation, active listening, collaboration, ethics, compliance, and cultural sensitivity.
• Knowledge of product and vendor evaluation, software requirements, service monitoring, application performance, and quality improvement tools.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with ITIL service delivery and direct support of a specific service.
• Experience researching alternative vendors and participating in supplier selection.
