Senior Product Manager - Kitchen (Food-tech)

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $138,000–$153,000 per year in New York.

What you will do

• Craft and execute short- and long-term roadmaps for the Kitchen Product.
• Own product features end to end, including definition, scoping, prioritization, testing, and impact assessment.
• Lead collaboration across engineering, design, store teams, and other stakeholders.
• Visit stores, gather feedback from chefs and in-store teams, and turn insights into product improvements.
• Analyze data to improve order accuracy, ETAs, preparation times, and customer experience.
• Support new offerings such as catering and corporate lunch delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in operations-focused products.
• Experience shipping projects from 0 to 1 at a startup or early-stage company.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong technical acumen and experience with SQL, Looker, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to build relationships across different organizational levels and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work in New York, NY and regularly visit stores.
